简要介绍了海工重防腐涂料NORSOK M-501试验方法,讨论了4套不同配套涂层体系试验结果.结果表明:循环老化腐蚀方式主要包括缝隙腐蚀和温变导致的物理作用,物理作用主导引起的腐蚀蔓延明显大于缝隙腐蚀;由于阴极保护而产生的阴极产物是引起涂层剥离主要因素;循环老化和阴极剥离是影响NORSOK M-501试验的最重要因素.
