采用自建的模拟酸雨喷淋装置以及光学显微镜、三维数字显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等探讨了AZ91D镁合金在模拟酸雨环境中的腐蚀规律和机理.结果表明:合金中α相受到严重的腐蚀,而β相由于铝含量较高,腐蚀较轻;腐蚀区域可以划分为弱腐蚀区和强腐蚀区;镁合金表面在腐蚀初期形成腐蚀坑,主要由镁合金基体的溶解所产生,随着腐蚀的进行,针状产物覆盖在表面上,蚀孔内部形成闭塞区域,产生了闭塞电池自催化过程.
