对(900~2 150)mm×230/250 mm板坯连铸机生产510L板坯产生表面纵裂的试样进行了分析,针对纵裂可能产生的原因,对生产工艺进行了优化。包括控制钢水含碳质量分数在0.08%以下,降低一冷水量15%,提高结晶器进水温度在38 ℃以上,降低二冷水总水量25%,同时分回路降低水量9.9%~36.2%,采用高碱度、高熔点、低黏度保护渣等措施。使该钢种的纵裂发生率从前期的57.41%降低到了现阶段的2.15%,有效地提高了铸坯一次检验合格率。

The sample cut from the longitude crack of 510L grade beam slab was analyzed in order to find out the causes of longitude crack. Then some technique parameters were optimized correspondingly, such as the carbon content was controlled under 0.08%, the mold water was decreased about 15%, the temperature of inlet water was improved upon 38 ℃, the secondary cooling water was decreased about 25%, the mold powder having high basicity, high melt point and low viscosity was used.Taking all of these measurements above, the longitude crack ratio was decreased from 57.41% to 2.15%.
