采用一种新的方法——乳液分散和相转移催化法合成了糠叉丙酮改性环氧。该方法使催化体系中的催化剂分散效果好,反应液不易结块,反应易于控制。在相转移催化剂聚乙二醇或四丁基溴化铵作用下,碱性催化剂NaOH水溶液、NaOH乳液、乙醇钠乳液催化糠醛丙酮缩合中后者效果最好。糠叉丙酮改性环氧固结体具有优良的力学性能:28 d的压缩强度72.4 MPa、拉伸强度16.5 MPa、扯断强度13.8 MPa、弹性模量1.40×103 MPa和超过7.00 MPa的粘接强度。

The high performance modified epoxy resin by furfural acetone was prepared by a novel method, emulsion dispersing phase transfer catalysis, by which the catalyst was dispersed well, the reaction system was difficult to agglomerate and the reaction was under control easily. NaOH water solution, NaOH emulsion and ethanol sodium emulsion were used as condensation catalysts under the phase transformation catalyst, tetra n-butyl ammonium bromide or poly glycol, and the last one was the best one. The modified epoxy resin take on better mechanical properties by one-step method or two-step method, 72.4 MPa compressive strength, 16.5 MPa tensile strength, 13.8 MPa shearing strength, over 7.00 MPa bonding strength, 1.40×103 MPa compressive elastic modulus.
