分析了3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩(EDT)单体聚合过程,系统地研究了聚合条件对PEDT薄膜性能的影响,并对PEDT薄膜电学性能和热稳定性进行分析。结果表明聚合过程的起始温度、聚合时间、导电增强剂的含量、反应过程的溶液体系等因素对导电聚合物PEDT的结构及性能有显著的影响。将所制得的PEDT作为固体电解质用以制造片式钽电解电容器,电容器性能得到了明显的改善,其ESR值低于50mΩ。
;3,4-asian ethylene dioxythiophene (EDT) monomer polymerization process, tile chemical polymenzation of PEDT film preparation process, a systematic study of polymerization conditions on the PEDT film performance, and PEDT film electricalproperties and thermal stability analysis, the results indicate that the con tent of the initial temperature of the polymerization process, polymerization time, conductivity enhancer, the solution of the reaction system and other factors have a significant impact on the structure and performance of the conductive polymer PEDT. Used this prepared PEDT as solid electrolyte in the manufacture of chip tantalum electrolytic capacitor, capacitor performance improved significantly, and the ESR value is less than 50mΩ.
