通过固态反应制备了尖晶石型锂锰氧化物LiAl0.2Mn1.8O4-xFx锂离子电池正极材料,采用XRD、EDS等测试对其进行了表征,并测试了样品的电化学性能.结果表明,合成的LiAl0.2Mn1.8O4-xFx(0≤x≤0.3)样品为单一的尖晶石结构;随着F-含量的增加,晶胞参数增大;一定量的Al3+和F-复合改性提高了材料的比容量,增加了尖晶石结构的稳定性,改善了材料的高温循环性能.
