研究了用CaO坩埚真空感应熔炼、再经不同的熔体过热处理后,K465铸造高温合金晶粒尺寸的变化以及合金中碳化物的形貌和分布特征。结果表明:在浇注温度相同的条件下,未经熔体过热处理时,合金晶粒为普通等轴晶,碳化物为块状MC碳化物;熔体过热处理温度在1 600~1 750 ℃之间时,晶粒尺寸随处理温度升高而长大,〖JP2〗初生MC碳化物从块状转变为汉字草书体群团形式,而且呈现出温度升高,MC碳化物变细、群团变小的趋势;过热处理温度超过1 750 ℃时,草书体群团MC碳化物随温度升高晶粒尺寸不断减小并呈细小点状均匀分布。
The effects of melt superheating treatment on grain and carbides of ascast K465 cast superalloy under the condition of VIM and CaO crucible were investigated. 〖JP2〗The results show that the normal structure of K465 alloy is equiaxed grain, and the morphology of carbide is blocky faceted. When the melt treatment temperature ranges between 1 600 ℃ and 1 750 ℃, with the rising of temperature, the size of grain increases constantly and MC carbide is changed from blocky faceted form into the group form of Chinese cursive script, and the temperature increases, so the groups of cursive script MC diminish. When temperature exceeds 1 750 ℃, the size of grain is reduced progressively, MC carbide presents some tiny forms and is distributed evenly.
