采用氨基硅烷偶联剂(KH550)对水性聚氨酯预聚体进行封端,制备有机硅改性的水性聚氨酯.进一步将其乳化、成膜,采用溶解法研究水性聚氨酯胶膜的耐水性和耐溶剂性.用热重分析(TGA)、动态热机械分析(DMA)以及拉伸性能测试研究了KH550的用量对聚氨酯胶膜力学性能的影响.结果表明:KH550的加入可以有效改善聚氨酯胶膜的耐水性和耐溶剂性;增强聚氨酯胶膜的热稳定性,热分解温度由289.8℃提高到315℃;同时也能提高聚氨酯胶膜的机械性能与拉伸强度.
