采用悬浮熔炼液滴下落法制得铁碳合金试样,对 试样初期凝固坯壳的自由变形和凝固组织进行了观察分析。结果表明:碳含量、浇注温度及 表面活性元素对试样的变形及组织均有较大影响。
The samples of Fe-C alloy were made by means of suspension melting.The free deformation and solidification str ucture of initial solidified shell have been observed.The results showed that t he carbon content, pouring temperature and surface active elements have more eff ect on deformation and structure of the samples.
