以甲基丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-丙烯酸乙酯三元共聚物(MGE)为增容剂对聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(PBT/ABS)共混体系进行增容.采用扫描电镜(SEM)和旋转流变仪等表征方法,研究了增容剂对PBT/ABS(70/30)共混体系的相形态及动态流变性能的影响.SEM分析结果表明,随着MGE用量的增加,共混体系中分散相的粒径逐渐减小,且分散更均匀.这可能是由于MGE的加入可原位生成PBT-g-MGE共聚物,使共混体系相容性得到显著改善.旋转流变实验结果表明,随着MGE用量的增加,体系黏度不断增加,低频模量随频率的变化趋势逐渐减小,并出现了“第二平台”,这同样说明了体系中两相的界面处生成了对体系具有明显增容作用的第三相(PBT-g-MGE共聚物).
