热电材料因自身的优点而受到人们的广泛重视,但热电性能普遍不高成为制约其进一步应用的关键.随着热电理论和纳米技术的不断发展,纳米热电材料的研究成为近年来热电领域的一大热点.在分析介绍国内外湿化学方法制备纳米Bi2Te3系热电材料研究现状的基础上,指出了各种方法的优缺点,并展望了纳米热电材料的制备及其应用发展趋势.
