概述了国内外近些年采用脉冲电沉积方法制备的纳米镍、纳米镍基二元和多元合金镀层、纳米镍基复合镀层的研究现状, 并指出了今后脉冲电沉积纳米镀层的发展趋势.
The current status of nickel alloy coatings prepared by pulsed electrodeposition method, especially the research progress of nonoscaled nickel coating, nickel-based alloys and composite coating was reviewed. The further development tendency of the pulsed electrodeposition is also prospected.
