通过冷态模拟试验,研究分析得出底吹供气元件的最优数量及布置方式:16支分布在0.40 D及0.45 D(熔池直径),两环布置。结合生产经验及理论分析提出了300t转炉长寿复吹优化工艺技术。数据对比表明:工艺优化后平均碳氧积由0.002 87降低到了0.002 63,终渣w(TFe)降低了2%,磷分配比由70.85提高到了78.95,硫分配比由3.43提高到了4.32,优化后平均终点wMn提高了0.02%。优化工艺应用后取得了良好的冶金效果。
Through cold model simulation and experiments,the 16 tuyeres arrangement at 0.4 D and 0.45 D was thought to be the resonable solution.Based on converter cold model simulation and manufacture,long campaign combined blowing steelmaking technique of mammoth converter was developed.The results show that the average value of w[C]·w[O] at endpoint reduces from 0.002 87 to 0.002 63,average w(TFe) value decreases 2%,LP of phosphorus distribution ratio raises from 70.85 to 78.95,LS of sulphur distribution ratio raises from 3.43 to 4.32 and endpoint manganese content increases 0.02%.
