使用酸蚀法成功揭示了铝镇静钢中夹杂物的三维形貌和成分。酸蚀钢样品过程中,Al2O3夹杂物基本不与酸发生反应,只是样品基体与酸反应。短时间的酸蚀不会破坏夹杂物的成分。观察得到所研究的铝镇静钢中主要为粒径5~200 μm的各种形貌的Al2O3夹杂物。本研究表明,酸蚀法是得到夹杂物三维形貌和成分的有效方法。

The 3dimensional morphology and composition of inclusions in a Alkilled steel were successfully revealed using the method of partial acid extraction. During partial acid extraction process, only the iron matrix reacted with the acid, and Al2O3 inclusions remained. Short time acid extraction did not change the composition of inclusions. The main inclusions in the current Alkilled steel were mainly 5200 μm Al2O3based inclusions with different morphology. The current work indicated that the partial acid extraction is an efficient method to achieve the 3dimensional morphology and composition of inclusions in steel.
