磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)作为一种人工骨替代材料,以其良好的生物相容性和骨传导能力被广泛应用于人工关节置换的固定和骨缺损修复.但其存在固化时间较长、机械性能不足等缺点,使其应用在临床上受到一定限制,故需要对其进行复合改性研究.综述了近年CPC的复合改性研究,分别论述了添加无机离子改性、掺杂其它晶种、有机复合改性以及CPC的功能型应用.
