通过观察GH105合金冷拉棒的原始组织分析了这种冷拉棒产生热处理裂纹的原因,并提出了一种防止产生热处理裂纹的方法。GH105合金冷拉棒表面存在的碎晶层和其内部的显微裂纹是热处理裂纹源。实验结果表明,热处理前去掉冷拉棒表面的碎晶层可以防止它在热处理过程中产生裂纹。
Analysis was made on heat treatment induced cracks in cold drawn superalloy GH105 rod by observing the microstructure in cold drawn state. It is suggested that the broken crystal layer and microcracks in surface layer of the cold drawn rod is the source of the heat treatment induced cracks. Experiment results show that removing the surface broken crystal layer of the cold drawn rod can prevent heat treatment induced cracks.
