高级检索

利用XRD、FESEM、SAED、EDS、HRTEM和PL分别时氧化镓之字形纳米材料的形貌和结构进行了分析.研究结果表明,之字形纳米氧化镓具有良好的结晶性,沿着[103]方向子自堆垛生长;光致发光光谱显示,氧化镓之字形纳米晶在370nm处有很强的发射峰,并有几十纳米的蓝移.
