采用失重法、动电位扫描法、电化学交流阻抗法和SEM分析,研究了咪唑啉类缓蚀剂ZZF的缓蚀性能.结果表明:在50℃的5%HCl溶液中,4 mmol/L ZZF缓蚀剂能有效地提高碳钢的耐蚀性能;ZZF的缓蚀作用机理系几何覆盖效应,它在金属表面吸附成膜后,使阴极和阳极过程都受到了阻滞;ZZF试样膜质均匀、致密,厚度为6μm;根据EIS提出了相应的特征等效电路.

Inhibition performance of a complex imidazole inhibitor ZZF for carbon steel was studied by weight-loss measurement, potentiondynamic polarization curve and Eleetroehemieal Impedance Spectroscopy(EIS). The results suggested that in 5% HCl solution at 50℃ the inhibitor ZZF could effectively prevent carbon steel from acid corrosion and the corrosion inhibition of ZZF followed a coverage mechanism. The anode and cathode processes were simultaneously suppressed due to a ZZF film covering the surface of carbon steel. In addition, based on the EIS display of absorption film on the surface of carbon steel, a equivalent circuit was proposed as its physical model. By scanning electron microscopy( SEM )observation, a netlike appearance can be clearly seen on the surface of the carbon steel treated in the solution with ZZF. The thickness of the film is about 6 μm.
