Rainbow功能陶瓷是一种具有内部应力偏移、兼有氧化层和还原层、并具有特殊拱形结构的铁电类陶瓷,在电场作用下,可以产生很高的轴向位移,能承受比一般铁电陶瓷更大的应力,是一种具有广阔应用前景的驱动材料.讨论了Rainbow功能陶瓷的制备方法、结构特点和驱动机理,并指出了Raimbow功能陶瓷的发展趋势.
