采用固-液双金属复合铸造的方法制备不锈钢/高铬铸铁复合材料,不锈钢包覆在高温液态高铬铸铁芯部.对复合界面、高铬铸铁部分的组织和性能进行研究.结果表明:高铬铸铁和不锈钢界面处各元素相互扩散,形成良好冶金结合;靠近界面处的高铬铸铁凝固组织中的碳化物比较细小,中部共晶团中碳化物呈菊花状,边部碳化物则略带方向性;靠近界面处的高铬铸铁区域和边部区域的硬度值稍低于中部区域硬度.探讨了高铬铸铁组织发生演变和硬度变化的原因.
The liquid?solid bimetal composite casting was adopted to prepare the high chromium iron and stainless steel. Stainless steel was enclosed in the center of high chromium cast iron. The microstructure and property of high chromium iron and composite interface were studied. The result indicates that elements diffusion forms the good metallurgical bonding at the interface of high chromium iron and stainless steel. Carbides of high chromium iron near the interface are refined. Carbides in eutectic colony exhibite chrysanthemum morphologies in central zone. Carbides on the edge are slightly directional. The hardness value of the high chromium iron near the interface and on the edge of sample is lower than that of the central zone. The reasons of microstructure evolution and hardness changes of high chromium iron are also discussed in the paper.
