针对印度尼西亚红土镍矿的干燥、烧结问题,进行了原矿的化学成分测定、热重(TG)、差热(DTA)实验以及X射线衍射(XRD)分析。在升温过程中,得到了原矿主要矿物中自由水、结晶水和羟基的脱除温度区间。利用自制的烧结杯系统进行不同配碳量的烧结试验,研究了配碳量对烧结速度、烧结失重、废气温度、料层温度及成品率等参数的影响。结合相图和料层温度信息,对成品矿样进行了XRD及SEM分析,表明辉石(MgFeSi2O6)和镁方铁矿(Mg(Ni)Fe2O4)是红土镍矿烧结的主要粘接相。
The chemical analysis, as well as thermogravimetric, differential thermal analysis and Xray diffraction analysis were firstly carried out for Indonesian nickeliferous laterite to understand the drying and sintering mechanism. The dehydration of laterite could be divided into steps of removing free water, crystal water and hydroxyl group at different temperature. The sintering experiment of laterite with different carbon content were carried out, and the effect of carbon content on sintering velocity, agglomeration ratio, mass loss, temperatures of off gas and yield was studied. The Xray diffraction and SEM results showed that pyroxene ((Mg,Fe)SiO3) and magnesiowustite (Mg(Ni)Fe2O4) were the main adhesives in the sinter.
