对有机添加剂在电沉积非晶态Cr-C合金工艺中的作用进行了研究.结果表明，添加剂是镀层 形成非晶态Cr-C结构的决定性组成，能提高Cr电沉积电流效率，对镀液的稳定性有显著影响 .
The role of organic additive in electroplating process of amorphous Cr-C alloy w ere studied. The results show that additive is not only decisive component of ma king amorphous structure but also can improve electric efficency of Cr electropl ating. Furthermore additive has remarkable influence on stability of electroplat ing solution.
