研究了铌的质量分数分别为0.021%、0.081%和0.17%的高强低合金钢热轧态的组织和力学性能,并通过计算分析了3种钢的强化机制.研究结果表明,铌含量的提高抑制了珠光体的形成,促进了针状铁素体的形成,细小的碳氮化铌析出相增多;随铌含量的增加,细晶强化作用差别不大,沉淀强化效果明显增大.
