用4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)作为二胺,3,3′,4,4′-二苯醚四羧酸二酐(ODPA)及2,2-双[4-(3,4-二羧基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷二酐(BPADA)作为二酐,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,通过常规的两步法,合成了可溶性共聚聚酰亚胺。用红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、热重分析(TGA)、溶解性测试和拉伸测试对聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,在1780 cm-1、1720 cm-1和744 cm-1左右出现了聚酰亚胺的特征吸收峰。在常见有机溶剂中可溶,并且有很好的热稳定性,在氮气氛中,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为221.1℃,起始降解温度512.4℃,800℃质量保持率为53.5%。共聚聚酰亚胺膜的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、断裂伸长率分别为138.7 MPa、1.76 GPa和55.0%。
A soluble copolyimide was synthesized via the conventional two-step by using 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA) as the diamine monomer,bisphenol A dianhydride(BPADA) and 4,4′-oxydiphthalic dianhydride(ODPA) as the dianhydride monomers in dimethylformamide(DMF).The structure and performance of polymer were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),viscosity testing,solubility testing,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and tensile tests.The results show that there are characteristic peaks of polyimides around 1780 cm-1、1720 cm-1 and 744 cm-1.The resulting is soluble in common organic solvents.It has good thermal stability with glass transition temperature of 221.1℃ and decomposition temperature at initial above 512.4℃,and the residue at 800℃ of 53.5% in nitrogen atmosphere.The copolyimide film has tensile strengths,tensile modulus,and elongations at break of 138.7MPa,1.76 GPa,and 55.0% respectively.
