文章利用简易的固相反应法制备了YBa2Cu3O7δ(YBCO)样品。利用FDTXRTⅡ高温超导转变温度测定仪测试YBCO样品的超导临界温度Tc为90 K左右，并绘制了YBCO的RT曲线和电镜图像。
The Superconductor sample of YBa2Cu3O7δ(YBCO)are made by simple method. By means of FDTXRTII detector of hightemperature superconductor transition temperature,superconductor critical temperature Tc of YBCO are defined as about 90 K. The RTcurve and SEM images are given.
