高级检索

以聚碳酸酯二元醇、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、磺酸盐聚醚二元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、环氧丙烯酸酯等原料制备了固含量约36%的磺酸盐型UV固化聚氨酯分散体和环氧丙烯酸酯改性的UV固化聚氨酯分散体(UV-PUDs).研究表明,分散体的平均粒径处于68nm~ 290nm之间,粒径分布多处于50nm~300nm之间.随亲水基团含量的减少,R值(n(-NCO)/n(-OH))的增大,环氧丙烯酸酯添加量的增多,分散体平均粒径增大,黏度减小.透射电镜(TEM)显示,分散体胶粒呈球形结构,大小不一.分散体配成涂料后,光泽度可达94,铅笔硬度可达2H,耐水性优良.添加环氧丙烯酸酯可以提高漆膜的光泽度、耐水性、硬度等性能.
