利用碱木质素代替部分苯酚合成了改性氨基磺酸系分散剂LMA,并考察了不同工艺条件下LMA对墙地砖陶瓷浆料应用性能的影响。结果表明,LMA的最优化反应条件为,”(A):m(P):m(L):m(F)=1.00:0.29:0.68:0.84,其中碱木质素代替苯酚的替代率为70%,反应体系pH值10.5,缩合温度95℃,缩合时间3.0h。对最优条件下合成的改性氨基磺酸系分散剂LMAY进行红外分析,证实碱木质素已成功引入。当陶瓷浆料固含量为68%时,LMAY最佳掺量为0.4%,此掺量下陶瓷浆料的流出时间为37.13s,厚化度为1.25,优于无机盐分散剂。
Using alkali lignin as substitute for a part of phenol, a modified aminosulfonic acid-based dispersant LMA was prepared. Technological parameters of synthetic products were investigated. The results show that the optimal application performance was obtained with m (A) : m (P) : m (L) : m (F) = 1.00:0.29:0.68:0.84, pH value of the reaction system of 10.5, condensation temperature of 95 ~C and condensation time of 3 hours. Infrared spectrum analysis of LMAY which was prepared under the optimal conditions confirms that alkali lignin has been introduced into the synthetic products. When the mass fraction of ceramic slurry was 68 %, the optimum dosage of LMAY was 0.4 %. Under these conditions, the outflow time of the slurry is 41.79 s and thickening degree is 1.37, which are relatively superior to those the slurry filled with inorganic salt dispersants.
