简述了采用直接淬火(DQ)和在线回火(HOP)工艺开发高强度钢板的研究进展,介绍了屈服强度690 MPa级、800 MPa级9、60 MPa级和1 100 MPa级超高强度钢板试制结果。试制钢的微观组织为超细贝氏体及与马氏体的混合组织,此类组织具有良好的强韧性。采用HOP工艺以较快的加热速度热处理,形成的细化渗碳体和分布均匀的马奥组元。细化的渗碳体均匀地分布在基体中,可提高钢板的强度和低温冲击功。研究认为,在线淬火及回火技术未来将成为高强结构钢的重要发展方向。

Recent development of heavy steel plate produced by direct quenching(DQ) and heat treatment on line process(HOP) were introduced in this paper.Experimental results of high strength steel plates with yield strength 690 MPa,800 MPa,960 MPa and 1 100 MPa were obtained.The microstructure of steel plates with good toughness is composed of ultra fine bainite and martensite.Fine cementite and homogeneously-distributed martensite-austenite structure can be obtained by HOP in higher heating speed.Fine cementite is homogeneously-distributed in the matrix,which can improve the strength and low temperature impact energy.It can be found that direct quenching and heat treatment online process are useful methods for improving the mechanical properties of high strength steel plates.
