研究了石墨填充聚丙烯体系的导热性能及其与流变行为之间的相互关系.考察了石墨含量对复合体系的热导率与流变特性的影响.发现填充高含量时,复合体系的热导率出现明显的增幅,动态流变发生特殊响应.在低频区尤为明显.运用Cole-Cole曲线分析动态流变行为发现,石墨填充聚丙烯体系存在长时松弛过程,证明三维网络结构存在.采用修正Kerner-Nielson方程获得了流变逾渗阀值,与导热逾渗阀值基本一致.结果表明,填料粒子的充填方式对石墨填充聚丙烯复合体系的导热行为影响较大,粒子之间的直接接触是形成三维网络结构的主要原因.
