用表面增强拉曼光谱技术(SERS)对在05 mol/LH2SO4 溶液中苯并三氮唑BTAH及其衍生物4CBTAH(4羧基苯并三唑)对铜的缓蚀作用机理进行了研究 ,发现4CBTAH对铜的作用与BTAH的作用机理相似,在较正电位下两者都是通过三唑环与铜形 成配合物覆盖在铜表面,随着电位负移在铜电极表面吸附的聚合物膜逐渐转化为分子形式吸 附,4CBTAH中的-COOH基团只是起到空间位阻的作用,没有参与电极表面的吸附.
Corrosion inhibition of BTAH and its derivative 4CB TAH on Cu in 0.5 mol/L H\-2SO\-4 solution was studied by SERS technique.The inhi bition mechanism for these inhibitors was found to be nearly the same which form ed a protective film through the triazole ring.As the potential turned negative, the molecules of BTAH or 4CBTAH gradually adsorbs on the copper surface.
