以六氟异丙醇(HFIP)为共溶剂,通过静电纺丝法制备了聚乳酸-乙醇酸共聚物(PLGA)/丝素(SF)共混纳米纤维多孔膜。用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱分析仪(FT-IR)、多功能拉伸仪、液滴形状分析仪对共混纤维多孔膜的形貌、分子结构、力学性能及亲水性进行测试。结果表明,共混多孔膜中随SF的加入纤维直径降低,均匀性变好;PLGA与SF只发生分子间的互容并且存在氢键作用;当SF含量超过40%时共混多孔膜的力学性能就会变得极差;另外SF的存在能够显著改变共混多孔膜的亲水性。

Poly(lactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA)/silk fibroin(SF) blend nanofibrous porous membrane was fabricated by electrospinning of PLGA/SF blend solutions dissolved in 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol(HFIP).The morphology,molecule structure, mechanical and hydrophilic properties of PLGA/SF blend membrane were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),multi-purpose tensile tester and drop shape analyzer. The results show that the fiber diameter decreases and the uniformity tends to be better with the increase of SF.There are miscibility and hydrogen bond between PLGA and SF molecules.The mechanical characterization of blend fibrous membrane becomes very poor when the content of SF is more than 40%.Nevertheless hydrophilic property of blend fibrous membrane is improved markedly due to the adding of SF.
