为了得到柔韧性好、防腐性能优异的水性环氧涂膜,本研究选用聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂.采用液态环氧树脂与不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇制备乳化剂,并用其乳化聚硫橡胶改性的环氧树脂.讨论了聚乙二醇的相对分子质量以及乳化剂的用量对聚硫橡胶改性环氧树脂产物的乳液稳定性的影响.采用水性胺分散体作为固化剂,聚硫橡胶用量为环氧树脂质量的20%时,室温固化交联得到的涂膜,耐冲击性50 cm,柔韧性1 mm,附着力0~1级,铅笔硬度B,耐化学药品性优良.通过塔菲尔极化曲线表征了涂膜的耐腐蚀性能.
