运用热力学理论提出了微区成分扰动生核处理的新构想,并以轴承钢和Q235钢为实验材料,采用同时浇注分流充型的实验方法对其进行了实验验证.研究结果表明,在钢液中造成一定方向和程度的成分起伏,可以促进钢液生核,从而增加铸坯中等轴晶数量.
