通过扩散偶技术,利用电子探针(EPMA)研究了Ti-Zr二元合金在β相区(950至1150℃)的互扩散行为.采用Den Broeder方法及Hall修正法计算了Ti-Zr二元合金的互扩散系数,其范围为10-14~10-12 m2/s;计算了扩散激活能Q和频率因子D0,两者均随Zr浓度的增加呈现先增加后减小的规律,其峰值均出现在50at%Zr浓度附近.用Vignes-Birchnenall方法计算了Ti-Zr二元合金在扩散组元极限浓度处的杂质扩散系数,并与用Han修正方法计算的互扩散系数进行了对比,二者结果比较接近.
