采用硬度仪、X射线衍射仪及透射电镜等研究了分别含有θ"、θ'和θ析出相三种时效态铝铜合金在室温多向压缩(MAC)过程中硬度和显微组织的变化.结果表明:随着压缩道次的增加,三种时效态合金的硬度基本呈逐渐增加的趋势,但含θ"、θ'相合金的硬度均有一个谷值;多向压缩18道次后,含θ"、θ'相合金获得等轴超细晶粒,尺寸达到0.56-0.71μm,舍θ相合金的为细长晶粒,析出相θ不回溶.
