对金溶胶的水相合成工艺中的搅拌时间以及试剂的加入量进行了实验研究,探讨了搅拌时间对金溶胶特征参数和稳定性的影响.研究中发现金溶胶制备完毕后,继续搅拌会破坏金溶胶的稳定.在所配的试剂浓度的条件下,柠檬酸钠溶液的用量在不大于2 ml时都可以制备稳定的金溶胶,并且金溶胶的吸光度随氯金酸用量的增加而线性增加.
