对过共晶高铬铸铁奥氏体化过程中进行脉冲电流处理,采用光学显微镜观察并研究了脉冲电流对碳化物形态和尺寸的影响.结果表明,过共晶高铬铸铁高温保温过程中施加脉冲电流能够促进初生碳化物和共晶碳化物细化和粒化.脉冲电流促使碳化物的细化和粒化速度与碳化物的初始尺寸有关,尺寸较小的碳化物细化和粒化速度较快,尺寸较大的碳化物细化和粒化的速度较慢.
