通过高温拉伸实验对GH4169合金的加工硬化特性进行了研究,采用扫描电镜观察其断口处的组织形貌,分析了δ相对GH4169合金塑性变形的影响。结果表明,GH4169合金加工硬化规律基本遵循Hollomon公式;合金在不同热处理制度(固溶处理、时效2 h、时效5 h、时效32 h)下的应变硬化指数n分别为0.274、0.391、0.423和0.468;δ相的析出提高了合金的抗拉强度和屈服极限,而塑性表现为先上升后下降。
Work-hardening charactenstics of GH4169 alloy with different δ contents were studied by high temperature tensile test and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the working-hardening behavior of GH4169 alloy with different δ contents fits the Hollomon hardening law.The strain hardening exponent n of the alloy solution-treated and aged for 2 h,5 h and 32 h are 0.274,0.391,0.423 and 0.468,respectively.The precipitation of δ-phase increases the tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy,while its plasticity is first increased and then decreased with the precipitation of δ-phase.
