石墨烯是一类具有超高导热系数的碳质新材料.本文采用了机械共混的方法制备了均一的含石墨烯纳米片尼龙6复合材料,并测量了其热物性参数.研究结果表明,石墨烯纳米片可大幅度提高高分子基体材料的导热系数.在石墨烯纳米片体积分数为1%时,导热系数提高率为42.6%,体积分数为20%时,复合体系导热系数达到4.11 W/(m·K),提高了15倍以上,展示了石墨烯纳米片在热管理领域的巨大的应用潜力.
