用淀粉对膨润土进行改性,制得了效果较好的除油剂。通过正交实验,确定了改性膨润土的最佳制备条件：膨润土5．5g,淀粉1g,反应温度70℃,反应时间8h。并通过单因素实验分析了除油剂用量和污水温度对处理效果的影响。
A kind of oily sewage water treatment agent was prepared by modification of bentonite using starch. On the base of orthogonal test,the optimal preparation condition for the modified bentonitie was determined as follows:bentonite was 5. 5g,starch was 1g,reaction temperature was 70℃ and reaction time was 8h. Meanwhile, the influence of the dosage of the oil removing and temperature of oily sewage was studied.
