研究了经氮,铌和稀土微合金化的25-12奥氏体耐热铸钢的显微组织.淬火时效组织由树枝状初晶奥氏体基体及分布于枝晶间的M23C6碳化物组成;锅炉燃煤喷嘴的烧嘴区显微组织中含有M23C6碳化物、富含稀土元素(RE)的氮碳化物ε-(Cr、Fe)2(N,C)和σ相.
