在实验室条件下模拟了烘烤硬化钢450℃下热镀锌镀层的合金化退火过程,研究镀层锌铁合金相的形成和转变过程、镀层相结构和镀层的抗粉化性能,并给出了所用的研究方法和主要研究结果.研究表明:镀层在450℃合金化退火,当保温时间延长到60~120s时,镀层内的δ相将会分为δ1k相和δ1p相两层,而且随时间延长,δ1k相增厚、δ1p相减薄,同时镀层表面柱状ξ相也有所减少,镀层抗粉化性能相应变差.
