论述了马钢CSP流程采用RHLF双联精炼工艺生产超低硫、超低碳洁净钢水的工艺优化和深脱硫条件下的增碳、增氮控制技术。实际生产表明,用RHLF双联法的CSP流程开发的DDQIF钢工艺可以满足批量生产的要求,CSP连浇炉数最高达到12炉,冷轧产品质量满足深冲板的要求。
The necessity of utilizing RHLF refining to produce ultra low sulfur and ULC steel for CSP line and controlling carbon and nitrogen content during deep desulfurization is described. The mass production of DDQIF steel in such a way can be realized with a maximum sequence casting heats of 12, with satisfactory quality of final products.
