为了探讨真空精炼和过热度对弹簧钢连铸坯中心偏析的影响,采用两种生产工艺:转炉→LF→CD→连铸和转炉→LF→连铸,并取不同的过热度(30℃和22℃),生产60Si2Mn弹簧钢连铸坯.在矩形坯上取样分析碳和硫的偏析情况,并进行对比.其结果是:经过真空精炼,连铸坯的碳偏析指数从1.72降低到1.28;硫偏析指数从2.68降低到1.68.
In order to discuss the effects of vacuum refining and superheat on spring steel bloom eenterline segrega-tion, two production processes are introduced, one is converter → LF → VD →continuous casting , the other is converter →LF→continuous casting. Different degrees of superheat at 30 ℃ and 22℃ were separately adopted to produce 60Si2Mn spring steel bloom. Two samples were taken in spring steel bloom, and the segregation of element C and S were analyzed. The results show that after vacuum refining, the biggest carbon segregation index dropped to 1.28 from 1.72, and the largest sulfur segregation index dropped to 1.68 from 2.68.
