燃烧室出口旋流度对透平一级静叶的流动传热有影响。本文对RANS模型应用于旋流计算中的效果进行研究,并分析燃烧室出口旋流形式和强度。针对实心叶片以及全气膜冷却叶片进行分析,研究了不同强度旋流条件对于叶片和气膜冷却系统覆盖效果的影响。结果表明:燃烧室出口旋流形式分为“C”型和“O”型,强度范围0.1~0.8。旋流使叶片表面传热局部有增加,流动损失增加。旋流强度对气膜冷却系统有一定影响,前缘的冷却受影响较为显著。

The residual swirl from the combustor transition piece outlet has significant effect on the first stage vane. This paper investigated the applicability of RANS modeling in the swirling flow calculation and analyzed the swirl type and intensity. Furthermore, the effects of swirl on the vane and fihn cooling system under different condition were put under research. The results show that there exists two types of swirl and the intensity is around 0.1-0.8.The swirl enhances tile heat transfer and causes loss, and the leading edge film cooling performance is sensitive to the swirl intensity.
