采用无压烧结技术制备SnO2-CuO-Sb203 陶瓷,研究了不同Sb2O。含量的陶瓷在钠钙玻璃液中的腐蚀速率,用SEM、EPMA和EDS表征了陶瓷腐蚀后的显微组织和微区元素。结果表明:Sb2Os的加入增大了陶瓷的腐蚀速率,未加入Sb203的SnO2-CuO陶瓷的腐蚀速率最小,为2. 21 X 10^-4 mm · h^-1;晶界大气孔会降低Sn02-Cu0-Sb2O3陶瓷抗钠钙玻璃液腐蚀的能力,晶内气孔、晶界小气孔对其抗钠钙玻璃液腐蚀能力的影响较小。
SnO2-CuO-Sb203 ceramics were prepared by pressureless sintering and the corrosion rate of the ceramics with different contents of Sb203 in soda-lime liquid glass was studied, and the microstrueture and elements distribution after eorrosin were characterized by SEM, EPMA and EDS. The results show that adding Sb203 raised the corrosion rate; Sb2O3-CuO ceramics without Sb2 Of had a minimum corrosion rate of 2. 21 X 10^-4 mm · h^-1 ; the large pores at grain boundary could decreased the property of soda-lime liquid glass corrosion resistance and intragranular pores, small pores at the grain boundary had smaller effect on liquid glass corrosion resistance.
