采用静态浸泡法绘制了漆膜增重率-时间曲线,考察了紫外光固化环氧丙烯酸酯涂层的吸水性和耐腐蚀能力,分析了涂层固化交联结构及浸泡温度等因素与介质传输行为的关系.结果表明,涂层的交联度越高,抗介质渗透能力越强;浸泡温度越低,抗介质渗透性越好;浸泡温度接近或高于涂层的Tg时,涂层抗介质渗透能力变差.
Corrosion behavior and water uptake of UV-cured epoxy acrylate resin coating were investigated by using static immersion method.The relationship between the behavior of medium permeation with curing degree and im mersion temperature was discussed.The result showed that the medium permeation behavior in the coatings was mainly determined by curing degree and cross-linked structure.The resistance to medium permeation of the coatings increased with the increase of curing degree and decrease of immersion temperature.When the immersion temperature was over the Tg of the cured coatings,the resistance to medium permeation of the coatings became worse.
