利用电子显微术对石墨/镁基复合材料界面附近热应力造成的残余应变、位错结构及孪晶进行了分析与观察。位错形成于基体界面区,在切向、径向及轴向力的作用下向基体运动。在界面处存在一厚度约为150nm的应变层,在基体狭窄区存在应变集中现象。孪晶一般形成于界面处。若粗大孪晶终止于相邻界面处时,可导致界面开裂
The investigation on the microstructure of the residual strain, dislocation and twin nearby interfaces resulted from the thermal stress in Gr(C)/Mg composite has been carried out in this work. The dislocations sprout at interfaces between Gr(C) and the matrix and move towards matrix under the axial, radial and tangential stresses. There is a strain layer with a thickness of about 150 nm nearby the Gr(C) fiber, and the strain is concentrated in narrow areas of the matrix. The formation of twins occurs at one interface and usually ends at a neighbor interface. As the twin is thick, it may cause the neighbor interface apart.
