以ZrO2、Sm2O3和二价氧化物MO粉体(M=Mg,Ca)为原料,采用固相反应合成工艺制备了M0.1Sm1.9Zr2O6.95陶瓷,混合料在空气气氛中1600℃保温10h进行烧结.利用XRD、SEM和热膨胀仪测试了合成产物的相、微观组织和热膨胀系数,结果表明合成出了单相、微观组织较均匀的M0.1Sm1.9Zr2O6.95陶瓷,陶瓷的热膨胀系数均比纯Sm2Zr2O7陶瓷要高,分析认为热膨胀系数的提高主要是由于Sm2Zr2O7陶瓷中引入的空位所致.热障涂层陶瓷层材料热膨胀系数的提高有利于延长涂层的寿命.
