为满足长距离高压输送天然气的需求,高强度高韧性管线钢的开发迅速发展。本文介绍鞍钢股份采用C-Mn-Cr-Nb系针状铁素体组织设计,在中等厚度连铸坯连铸连轧生产线上研制开发经济型X70管线钢热轧卷板,产品具有高强度、良好的低温韧性和焊接性能,同时大幅降低生产成本,应用于西气东输二线和中亚输气等国家重点工程。

The development of high strength and toughness pipeline steel has been greatly advanced in recent year to meet the demands of long distance and high pressure transportation of nature gas. This study introduced the economic-type X70 hot strip which was designed by C-Mn-Cr-Nb alloy system and acicular ferrite microstructure, and produced by medium thickness slab casting and direct rolling production line in Ansteel. The X70 posses high strength,excellent low temperature toughness and welded property, and has been applied to state key engineering projects in China, such as “Second West-East natural gas transmission project”.
